Run Resilience is a FREE targeted strength training program for runners. It starts with the basics, to get all the right bits of your body involved and builds up to more complex and challenging exercises to meet the demand running puts on the body. This 12-week strength program delivers two video workouts per week directly to your inbox. Follow along and reap the benefits!

ABOUT RUN RESILIENCE

HOW DOES IT WORK?

The run resilience program entails 2 x 30 minute sessions per week delivered to your inbox. Simply tack the sessions onto a rest day or an easier run day in your training schedule.

Sessions will be provided in video format for you to follow along. Throughout the 12-week program, your strength coach, Alissa will be providing a number of LIVE Zoom sessions for you to participate in and connect with others in the program.
