CLUBS & GROUPS

The fisiocrem GC50 provides the perfect end of year celebration for your training group or club. With a range of distances throughout the weekend, we invite your club or training group to join us in Coolangatta this December.

By nominating your group during the registration process, you’ll automatically earn your club points in the 2023 Club Challenge, that also sees points awarded for placing in the top 10 in your age-group!

Not only that, but when your club registers 10 or more runners, we’ll erect your club a complimentary marquee for your club to use throughout the weekend, right in the heart of the event village. But be quick, there are only 25 of these available!

CLUB MARQUEES FILLED!

We can confirm that all club marquees are now sold out (as at Monday 23 October). Successful club captains will be contacted via email on Tuesday 24 October with event weekend details for your club marquee.

Should you wish to bring along your own club marquee to the event, please email [email protected] to request space.

CLUBS & GROUPS FAQ’S

The Club that wins the Club Challenge will be the club (or group) that accumulates the greatest number of points for the event. Points are awarded in the following way:

by turnout, weighted at five points per runner, and
by performance with points awarded for placings in each distance age group category, (10 for 1st, down to 1 for 10th in your age group). These points will apply over all races, i.e. 50 km, 25km, 12km, 7.5 km & Kids.

During the registration process, you will be asked if you would like to join a team. Simply select ‘yes’ to this question and select your club or group from the drop down list that follows.

If your club or group is not listed already, you can create a new team at this stage in the registration process . If you have already registered and haven’t joined your team/club, you can do so here.

The winning club winning club will receive the following:

Champions Lounge at fisiocrem GC30 Main Beach (May 19 2024). This includes, marquee erected with picket fenced garden, complimentary BBQ breakfast for all club members and picnic bench seating for your club members.
Tube of fisiocrem for all members that participate in the 2023 event.
5 x complimentary registrations to the fisiocrem GC30 Main Beach, taking place in May, 2024.
