Registrations will close at midnight on Tuesday 14th December and re-open early May 2022.

Impi Sportswear Kids Dash participants receive all of the above, excluding the participant t-shirt/singlet.

Be rest assured that our Peace of Mind Pandemic Policy entitles all participants to a refund in the event of an event postponement or cancellation. We’ve detailed this below for your reference.
Event Postponement
Should the event be postponed my registration will be automatically transferred to the re-scheduled event date where the following refund policy will apply:
I will be entitled to a refund of my registration (less payment processing fees) if I request this in writing within 72 hours of being notified of the postponement. Should I not request a refund during this 72-hour period my registration will revert back to being non-refundable.
Should a new date not be possible for the event to occur, my entry will be transferred into the 2023 event and the above cancellation procedures regarding refunds will re-apply.
Border Restrictions
Should you be unable to attend the event due to international or inter-state border restrictions you will be eligible to receive a refund of your registration (less payment processing fees) or alternatively transfer your entry to 2023. Standard proof of address is requested under this scenario.
The fisiocrem GC50 Run Festival operates a no-refund policy. Your registration however can be transferred as a credit to the 2023 fisiocrem GC50 if you request this in writing before midnight Friday 18th November 2022, subject to a $10 admin fee.
Please note: if you opted for postage of your race pack and your request for deferral of your race entry is made Thursday November 4 onwards then this transfer will incur a $20 admin fee.
My registration may also be transferred to another runner if I request this in writing before midnight Friday 18th November 2022, subject to a $10 admin fee. Distance changes can be made after this point by emailing [email protected]
