Race Pack Postage

At point of entry you can opt to have your race pack and singlet posted to you for a fee of $9.95.

Athletes who enter before midnight Thursday 24th October 2019 are eligible for this service. Athletes who enter after this date  will need to collect their race bibs and singlets at race registration on Saturday afternoon or on race morning.

Race Check-in/Registration

Race Check-in/Registration is available on Saturday 7th December or Sunday 8th December (Race morning).

Saturday 7th December – James Centre, Broadbeach State School, Old Burleigh Road, Broadbeach.

Opens: 11:00pm | Closes: 5:00pm

Sunday 8th December – James Centre, Broadbeach State School, Old Burleigh Road, Broadbeach.

Opens: 4:00am | Closes: 6:15am

Please note: If you have had your race pack posted you are only required to attend registration if you wish to change your distance. Please bring your old race number with you to registration where you will be given a new race number to wear during the event.

Can someone collect my Race Bib on my behalf?

We recommend that you collect your own Race Bib.  If you need someone to collect your Race Bib on your behalf, they are required to provide us with a copy of your Confirmation Email.

Can someone else run with my Race Bib?

Massive no– we are required for safety purposes to hold on file medical information and emergency contact details for every runner. If you wish to transfer your entry please contact us via email or see us at registration.

I’ve lost my Race Bib.

If you have lost your Race Bib or it did not arrive due to an incorrect address, you will be required to purchase a replacement Race Bib at registration. The cost of a new Race Bib is $10.00.

Race singlets

Race singlets will be provided to all entrants. Although not mandatory we encourage contestants to wear their race singlet on race day to be eligible for a special prize.

Refund Policy

The GC50 Run Festival operates a no-refund policy. If you are unable to attend the event, we are however happy to offer a credit for the 2019 event or alternatively transfer your entry to another runner. Please note – all name changes or distance changes are to be made by 5.00pm on Friday 29th November. Changes after this date can be made at the event venue however are only permitted on Saturday 7th December and subject to a $20 admin fee.

Changes to distances will not be permitted on Sunday 8th December. 

Please note, that the last possible date to transfer your entry to 2019 is Friday 29th November 2019.
