Kat Cacavas is a Gold Coast-based Dietitian and Teacher, who loves spending her spare time running along the gorgeous local beaches. She noticed huge improvements in her own running – both physically and mentally – after she returned from an intensive yoga teaching course, with her first race back being the fisiocrem GC50!
