You can change your distance by emailing [email protected] before Thursday 30 November at 5.00pm. 

Changes after this date will need to be made at the registration marquee on Saturday 2 December. There are strictly no distance changes on Sunday 3 December. 

IMPORTANT
  • If you have had your race bib posted, you’ll need to collect a replacement bib from the registration marquee if your distance change occurs after 12pm on Tuesday 24 October, 2023.
  • All distance changes are subject to availability in the distance participants wish to transfer to.

Should you no longer be able to attend the event, your registration can be transferred to a future event* up until midnight Friday 24th November, subject to a $20 admin fee.

To defer your registration, please email [email protected] with your request in writing.

*Future events include the 2024 fisiocrem GC50 Run Festival (23/24 November 2024) and the 2024 fisiocrem GC30 Main Beach (19 May 2024).

Your registration may be transferred to someone else, up until midnight Friday 10th November 2023, subject to a $20 admin fee.

To initiate an event transfer, head to the event dashboard – selecting the transfer option. During the transfer process, you’ll be required to enter the email address of the new participant that will be taking over your registration.

The new participant will receive an email detailing steps to claim your registration and pay the $20 transfer fee. They will sign the waiver during this process and finalise the transfer of your registration.

Additional purchases such as medal engraving and photo packages will be transferred as a credit value to the new participant and can therefore be re-added (or changed for other additional purchases) using the available credit.

Participants are able to join a team during registration, or via the event dashboard after you have registered.

Simply select the ‘View Teams (Club Challenge)’ tab and search for existing teams in the search bar. To create a new team, select the ‘create new team’ button and follow the set up steps.

If you have already entered and would like to receive your race pack ahead of the event you can add the postage service to your existing entry via the Event Store Here.

Please note, the option to add postage ended at midnight Monday 23 October, 2023.
