Training Plans

We’re delighted to be able to provide training plans for 2020, brought to you by fisiocrem & Be A Runner.

Our complimentary training plans have been prepared by Blayne Arnold, head coach at Be A Runner. All training plans have been prepared in a way that will ensure you will arrive at the start line in December best prepared to complete your event, ensuring you are healthy, injury free and most importantly fit enough to enjoy the distance.

The training plans are all 13 weeks in length. With 12 week’s training and one weeks recovery – starting on Monday 14th September. Simply click on the training plans below to open and view from your browser.
